| Grandpa & Grandma's |
Over the weekend I headed to Illinois, my home, to
say goodbye to my grandpa. A wonderful husband
to my grandma for 63 years, a father of 5 children,
an honored World War II veteran,
& a loving man of God.
You are missed dearly, Grandpa.

Walking through the home in which my grandpa & grandma
raised my mom, loving memories of my time with him
rushed back to me. Things I admired,
things he valued, & items from my
mom's childhood, and from mine as well, fill his home with
beauty and joy.
